CAEx Food & HoReCa Strengthens Dialogue with Industry Experts

The meeting provided an opportunity to test new ideas and gain expert insight into the current needs of hoteliers in Uzbekistan.

Mehmet Dükancı, COO of CAEx, and Abdulaziz Ikramjanov, Team Lead of CAEx Food & HoReCa, held a series of negotiations with representatives of the hospitality industry. As part of the working visit, meetings were conducted with Murat Özgen, General Manager of “Leo Hospitality Solutions”, and Serdar Doğaner, CEO of the supplier company “Inn stock”.

The discussions focused on analyzing the current state of the HoReCa sector and the food industry in Uzbekistan. The CAEx team presented a number of new concepts planned for implementation as part of the upcoming CAEx Food & HoReCa exhibition.

Mehmet Dükancı, COO of CAEx, emphasized the importance of engaging with industry representatives:
“This meeting proved extremely valuable for us, as it allowed us to examine the key challenges of the industry from two perspectives simultaneously — that of a management company and that of a professional supplier of equipment and goods for hotels. Such a comprehensive view will enable us to create a truly effective business platform for industry players and make CAEx Food & HoReCa a valuable event for business.”

Abdulaziz Ikramjanov, Team Lead of CAEx Food & HoReCa, added:

The CAEx Food & HoReCa exhibition will take place in Tashkent from February 4 to 6, 2027. The business event will bring together representatives of the food industry and the hospitality sector at the CAEx exhibition center.
